It's not a new template since vbulletin change the default design. The good thing is we have the latest and greatest version of vbulletin in which is good for the future of DP. With the blog feature, article cms feature DP forum will be even better. Shawn prolly still has more things to do to the forum as soon as he fix's all the bugs.
