		<description>yes, indeed it is true that you have to know who your target market is for you to be able to come up with good resources. however, it is a web designer&#039;s contribution to come up with a really good template so when the target audience reaches the site, they will be able to download, signup, or buy something. you always have to consider results as the end point, not just a que sera sera event.</description>
