The concept is brilliant, however I have some difficulties downloading my photos. I believe if you made it a bit more intuitive and allowed multiple selection of upload/download with something (status bar indicating it's working) you would have a great site. I was only able to upload 1 pic and the site really didn't tell me if it was successful. On attemting to upload more pics I have been unsuccessfull. Can you tell me what i am doing wrong?
